The Serbian Gentic Society alone or in cooperation with similar scientific Societies and Institutions organizes scientific Conferences.
The Congress of Serbian Genetics is held every five years.
The First was held in 1994 in Vrnjačka Banja, the Second in 1999 in Soko Banja and the Third in 2004 in Subotica.
In the period between the two Congresses sections organize Symposiums.
