The Serbian Genetic Society achieves scientific and profesional aims through Sections which gather members of society according to the specific fields of genetics or interdisciplinary. Sections are established and cancelled by decisions of the Assembly brought upon suggestions of the Presidency.
Presidents of the Sections are elected by memeber votes on a four year period. The Presidency of the Society verifies election results.
