The Section of Molecular Genetics achieved its activities through seminars, lectures and courses.

Institute of Molecular Genetics and Genetic Engineering (IMGGE)
Most of the scientific activities of IMGGE are focused on the research in molecular biology, molecular genetics, genetic engineering and biotechnology. In the field of fundamental research, projects of IMGGE are mainly focused on the research related to genome organization analyses and regulation of gene expression in different eukaryotic and prokaryotic models including humans, animals, plants and bacteria. In addition, IMGGE continuously implements its knowledge in biotechnological and commercial applications in human and veterinary medicine, agriculture, food processing and pharmaceutical industry.
